Airport Transfer Prices
Pricing for our premium airport and business transfer services is determined based on the route, travel time, vehicle category and any individual requirements.
The information below summarises the most important pricing rules, surcharges and additional services. The final price is confirmed in writing when your booking is accepted.
Night Surcharge
+1 000 FtA night surcharge applies to all transfers between 10:00 PM and 3:00 AM.

Pricing Principles
Transfer prices are determined based on several factors. The calculation may take into account the base fee, route distance, minimum charge, fixed airport rates, vehicle category, travel time and any additional services requested.

Surcharge Periods and Special Cases

Waiting Charges
From Address to Airport
For transfers from a pick-up address to the airport, the first 10 minutes of waiting time are free of charge. After this, a fee of 1 500 Ft applies for every commenced 15-minute period.
If waiting time at the pick-up location exceeds 10 minutes, the Service Provider reserves the right to withdraw from performing the service.
From Airport to Address
For transfers departing from Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport, no waiting fee is charged. However, passengers are requested to contact the driver or operator by telephone no later than 60 minutes after the aircraft has landed.
If no contact is made, the Service Provider cannot accept responsibility for completing the transfer.

Luggage and Multiple Pick-Up Locations
Luggage Limits
Where luggage handling is required, the fee is 500 Ft per suitcase per floor, up to a maximum weight of 25 kg per suitcase.
For the handling or transport of 10 or more large XXL suitcases, the Service Provider may charge an additional fee of 5 000 Ft.
Multiple Pick-Up Locations
If passengers are collected from more than one location, the Service Provider reserves the right to apply an additional charge.
The Customer will always be informed of the amount of any surcharge in writing in advance.
