These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of passenger transport services provided by Ferihegy Transzfer, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the conditions under which the services are performed.

1. Purpose of these Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of passenger transport services provided by Ferihegy Transzfer, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the conditions under which the services are performed.
Requesting a quotation, making a booking through the website, or using the service constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Services provided by the Service Provider
The Service Provider offers the following services:
- Airport transfers;
- Private passenger transport;
- VIP transfers;
- Corporate transfers;
- Event transfers;
- Hotel transfers;
- Domestic passenger transport;
- International passenger transport;
- Custom passenger transport services.
Services are available throughout Hungary and, subject to prior agreement, internationally.
3. Formation of the service agreement
A service agreement is deemed concluded upon any of the following:
- written confirmation of the booking;
- acceptance of an order submitted by e-mail;
- written confirmation following a telephone arrangement;
- written acceptance of an individual quotation.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse a booking where sufficient capacity is unavailable.
4. Booking and quotation requests
Quotation requests and bookings submitted through the website are generally processed within 12 hours.
The Service Provider accepts bookings no earlier than 30 days before the scheduled date of service.
If a booking contains incomplete information, the Service Provider will attempt to contact the Customer. If contact cannot be established or the information required to perform the service is not provided, the Service Provider is entitled to cancel the booking.
5. Booking confirmation
A booking becomes final only after written confirmation by the Service Provider.
The confirmation includes:
- the service ordered;
- the place and time of performance;
- the agreed fee;
- the applicable conditions.
6. Correction of data entry errors
The Customer is entitled to correct incorrect information provided during the booking process. Any amendment is valid only if made in writing.
Amendments communicated by telephone are considered accepted only if subsequently confirmed in writing by the Service Provider.
7. Fees and payment terms
The fee for the service is determined in each case on the basis of prior agreement.
Payment may be made:
- in cash;
- by bank transfer;
- in advance on the basis of a payment request;
- by bank card, where available.
The Service Provider reserves the right to request a deposit or full advance payment.
8. Invoicing
The Service Provider issues invoices in accordance with applicable legislation. The invoice may be sent to the Customer electronically.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the invoicing information provided.
9. Performance of the service
The service is performed taking into account the prevailing:
- traffic conditions;
- weather conditions;
- requirements imposed by the authorities;
- road safety regulations.
The Service Provider will make every reasonable effort to arrive on time; however, it accepts no liability for delays caused by exceptional traffic conditions.
10. Incorrect information provided by the Customer
The Customer is required to provide accurate information necessary for the performance of the service.
If incorrect information results in:
- the vehicle arriving at the wrong address;
- the service being impossible to perform;
- significant additional costs being incurred in performing the service,
the Service Provider is entitled to charge up to 50% of the agreed service fee.
11. Traffic and access restrictions
The Service Provider reserves the right, for safety reasons, not to enter road sections that are hazardous, impassable, or present a significant risk to the vehicle or passengers.
In such cases, the service may be completed at the nearest safely accessible location.
12. Force majeure
Force majeure means any unforeseeable event that makes the performance of the service wholly or partially impossible.
This includes, in particular:
- natural disasters;
- extreme weather conditions;
- flight cancellations;
- significant flight delays;
- official or governmental measures;
- traffic restrictions;
- war or other states of emergency.
Neither party shall be liable for losses resulting from force majeure events.
13. Cancellation policy

| Cancellation within 48 hours | The Service Provider is entitled to charge 50% of the service fee. |
| Cancellation within 24 hours | The Service Provider is entitled to charge 100% of the service fee. |
| No-show | The Service Provider is entitled to invoice 100% of the service fee. |
14. Passenger conduct
Passengers are required to use the vehicle in an appropriate and responsible manner.
The Service Provider is entitled to refuse or terminate the service if a passenger:
- behaves aggressively;
- is significantly under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances;
- endangers road safety;
- endangers other passengers or the driver.
15. Damage caused to the vehicle
The Customer is fully liable for any damage caused by a passenger.
This includes, in particular:
- soiling;
- damage to the vehicle;
- the need for extraordinary cleaning;
- repair costs.
Any costs incurred may be charged to the Customer.
16. Use of subcontractors
The Service Provider is entitled to engage subcontractors for the performance of the service.
The use of a subcontractor does not affect the Service Provider's responsibility for the proper performance of the service.

The Service Provider will investigate and respond to complaints within 30 days at the latest.

19. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the provisions of the Privacy Policy published on the website.
20. Final provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions. Amendments enter into force on the date they are published on the website.
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law.
